The word BEHOLD keeps repeating itself to me this afternoon, after I asked my Ascended Master for more clarity about this time, not only for me, but all souls on earth. Behold is more than just looking(for often we see without seeing), but going deeper, widening the scope, being retrospective, yet also introspective.
Behold, just how far you have come!
If you honestly look at your own self and your soul, can you see, feel and know, how you have changed in so many ways: what you have outgrown, what no longer appeals to you like before, what you now see and know what you did not before, feel what you could not feel before, and know what you did not know before.
More than this, how your consciousness has expanded, with your heart center. You have become more compassionate of self and others, judge yourself and others less, and feel deeply the interconnectedness, with all life and life forms.
For all is now surfacing which has been deeply buried, even denied, and more than, which we all now need to consciously embrace as a totally new way and form of life and living, as we transfigure into the new 7th Root Race, the new humanity.
The Behold, draws our attention, to the breath between breaths. The seeming pause. This still point is the moment of the conception of the new inbreath, the very prana lifeforce, the life breath itself!
You, I, and all those choosing to ascend, are at this point.
Behold! Pause. GO DEEPER!
What is now birthing, is way beyond anything you have ever known before!
Behold see how far you have come. And how far you now are expanding, growing into!
Now prepare for the vital prana to enter your life breath, and fill it with new life, new beginnings, new visions, and renewed vital force necessary to move forward, within and without.
